Gar Hoover – Sketches Vol. 1 (2019)

Gar Hoover is a musician from the Detroit area who seems to specialise in fannying about with PO-33s, in amongst, I’m sure, other devices too. However, he has released two albums of tunes comprised entirely of creations from the pocket-sized PO-33. There’s a ton of vibes and grooves here, but the quality is consistent and the craftsmanship is second to none.
