Absurd – Grimmage Volksmusik (2005)

One of the more ferocious recordings from this era of Absurd, with the punk infusion that Absurd flirt with coming much more to the forefront than usual. I guess this kind of thing crosses over a lot with RAC / oi! anyway so it does not feel disjointed or out of place. In fact, it’s really good. Production seems a little harsher than most Absurd records of this time period too, which I’m sure contributes in more ways than one.

Not their best stuff, but really solid and absolutely worth checking out.
